EP.43 · Mrs. Grayson shows the heirs Eleanor's map, her last attempt to escape the veil, which shows how the inn's rooms mirror twisted counterparts on the other side, with the foyer becoming the heart. She gives them the means Eleanor used to cross over and warns that if they cannot return, the veil will claim them. Agreeing they have come too far to quit, the four chant together, “worlds align and worlds collide,” and step through the portal side by side.
