EP.43 · Mary tells Janet that she and Michel are both unhappy and forced into the marriage, and she blames her mother for pushing her into it. Janet accuses Ahmad of pursuing Mary until he ruined her marriage, but Mary insists she is not divorcing to be with him. She reveals that Ahmad's aunt rejected her too, because of an old secret from thirty years ago that only the aunt knows. Janet is outraged that anyone would reject her daughter and calls the story a lie.
