Who we are

Bingodrama is operated by Dharam Digital Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U74999HR2016PTC066449), with its registered office at Emaar Digital Green, Tower A, 710-711, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dharam Digital Pvt Ltd. "You" means the person using the service.

These terms apply to the Bingodrama website, the iOS and Android apps and any related features (together, the "service"). By creating an account, buying a membership or coins, or watching any content, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Subscription policy, Refund policy and Content guidelines.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account, consent to how we handle your personal data, and supervise what you watch. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use an account is responsible for that use.

You can browse and watch free episodes without an account. Some titles are rated for adult audiences only; see the Content guidelines.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone, or with Google, Apple or Facebook where offered. We never merge accounts only because two sign-in methods share an email address. Keep your phone and sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

One account can have up to 5 registered devices and up to 2 streams playing at the same time. When you sign in on a sixth device, the device you used least recently is signed out. You can see and remove devices from your account page.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. See the Privacy policy for what happens to your data.

What you can watch and where

Titles are licensed from producers for specific countries, platforms and periods. What you can see and watch depends on the country you are in, which we determine from your network connection, not from your account or payment details. When you travel, the catalogue follows your location.

Titles and episodes can leave the service when a licence ends or when we must remove them for legal reasons, including valid copyright notices. We cannot promise that any title will stay available for a particular time.

Episodes are offered as free samples, as part of a membership, as coin unlocks, as members-only titles or as special premieres. Each title and episode shows which applies before you watch or pay.

Membership, coins and unlocks

Membership plans, renewals and cancellation are described in the Subscription policy.

Coins. Coins are a licence to unlock episodes within the service. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and cannot be used outside Bingodrama.

• Coins you buy ("paid coins") do not expire.
• Coins you earn from rewards such as daily check-in or the welcome bonus ("bonus coins") may expire. We show the expiry date before you claim them.
• When you unlock an episode we use bonus coins first, starting with those that expire soonest, and then paid coins.

Unlocks. Before you confirm an unlock we show the coin price, your balance afterwards and whether the unlock is permanent for as long as the title is licensed or a rental for a stated period (special premieres are 72-hour rentals). An unlock is charged once even if you retry or unlock from two devices at the same time.

Early removal. If an episode you unlocked becomes unavailable to you because its licence ends or it is taken down before a rental period ends, we will restore the coins spent on that unlock to your wallet as paid coins.

Prices can differ between countries and between the web, App Store and Google Play. We show the price in your local currency before you pay.

Rewards and referrals

Rewards such as daily check-in, rewarded ads (in the apps only) and referrals are promotional. Amounts, caps and eligibility can change or end at any time, and may differ by country. A reward is credited only after our servers verify it; an app screen that says a reward is pending is not a credit.

You may not create multiple accounts, use automation, refer yourself or otherwise game rewards. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained this way and suspend the accounts involved.

Acceptable use

You may watch content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• copy, record, download (except where the app offers it), redistribute, publicly show or sell any content;
• try to bypass, remove or weaken encryption, keys, digital rights management, geographic restrictions or stream limits;
• scrape the service, probe or overload our systems, or interfere with other users;
• share your account outside your household or resell access;
• upload, submit or link unlawful content through our forms.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the law allows, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond through the contact form.

Intellectual property

All content, artwork, trademarks and software on the service belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership rights. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, follow our Copyright and takedown policy.

AI-generated content

Some series are made fully or partly with generative AI. We label these titles in text, never by colour alone. Labels and disclosures are described in the Content guidelines.

Changes to the service and these terms

We improve and change the service over time. We will give you reasonable notice of changes to these terms that materially affect you, by email where we have it or in the service. If you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel your membership and delete your account.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Streaming depends on your device and network, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free playback.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
