How to delete your Bingodrama account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account
- In the Bingodrama app: open Profile, tap Delete account and confirm.
- On the web: sign in at bingodrama.com, open Account, choose Delete account and confirm.
- Cannot sign in? Use the contact form and choose "Privacy request", or write to support@bingodrama.com from the phone number or email on the account. We confirm by one-time code before deleting.
Deleting your account signs you out on every device and cannot be undone. Unused coins and any remaining membership time are lost. Cancel a store subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings first, or it may keep renewing.
What we delete and what we keep
| Data | What happens |

| Profile (name, avatar), phone number and email | Removed immediately from your profile and erased from our systems within 30 days |
| Watch history, My List, reminders, viewing preferences, devices and sessions | Deleted within 30 days |
| Coin balance and membership | Ended at deletion |
| Purchase and payment records (orders, invoices, coin transactions) | Kept as tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years in India), then deleted |
| Anonymous usage statistics | Kept only in aggregated form that no longer identifies you |
