The Billionaire's Vow EP.37

EP.37 · Victor argues that Gertrude's father has never bragged about killing anyone, not even Sam's mother, so his confession about her mother rings false, perhaps a lie to keep her in line. He then asks about the private investigator she hired two years ago and guesses how they always met: face hidden, down a dark alley. Gertrude realizes the truth when Victor admits he was that investigator until a couple of weeks ago. Victor then suggests it might be Sam, but Gertrude refuses to believe it.
