Our general rule

Memberships and coins are digital services delivered immediately. Except where the law requires otherwise or listed below, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used membership periods and for coins you have already received. When you cancel a membership you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

When we do refund

• Duplicate charges: you were charged twice for the same order.
• Failed delivery: you paid but the coins or membership were not added to your account and we cannot fix it.
• Unauthorised transactions: a payment you did not make, reported promptly and at most 30 days after the charge.
• Statutory rights: any refund your local consumer law gives you. For example, consumers in Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, which is lost once you start watching or spend the coins, because you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge this when you pay.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on your bank. Coins bought with a refunded payment are removed from your wallet; if they have already been spent, we may deduct the equivalent from your balance.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are decided by them under their policies. Request them from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play order history. We update your account automatically when the store tells us about a refund.

How to ask for a refund

Use the contact form and choose "Billing or refund", with your order reference, or write to support@bingodrama.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. If you are in India and not satisfied, you can escalate through Grievance redressal.

Content removed after purchase

If an episode you unlocked becomes unavailable to you early, we restore the coins as described in the Terms. This is a coin credit, not a cash refund.
