EP.53 · Dong-su comforts Sang-jo, who repeats that Seung-jun called her materialistic and said he was sick of her. Elsewhere, Eun-chae asks Seung-jun why he is hurting Sang-jo, and he admits the breakup is an act so she will not have to watch him wither away in his remaining time. Dong-su overhears and tells Sang-jo the truth, that the tumor has returned and he pushed her away on purpose. Sang-jo resolves to confront him and make him admit it, so they can spend every remaining day together.
