She argues the incidents are framed without the context that provoked them, but admits they happened, and privately feels painted as the aggressor while Vivian plays the victim. Afterward, a colleague approaches, and when Tega suspects gossip hunting, the colleague warns her that smart women who outshine others tend to get burned at this company.
