Faded Threads EP.56

EP.56 · Mr. Wise sneers that Sophia has always been weak, just like her mother, before Vanessa intervenes and orders him to drop his weapon. Sophia is badly hurt but refuses a hospital, since the world believes she is dead. Vanessa scolds her for confronting her father alone, then makes an urgent call for help to Claire, admitting Claire may help only at a price. They agree they have no choice but to tell her everything, and Claire names her price: Mr. Wise's criminal evidence.
