EP.55 · Soo-hyuk storms in demanding to know what Do-kyung did to Eun-sang, and the two men clash over who knows her best, with Soo-hyuk boasting that her mother approved of him. Soo-hyuk taunts that Ji-yeon will never leave Eun-sang alone, and Do-kyung pointedly asks what Soo-hyuk did to the Cha family back then, which Soo-hyuk angrily cuts off. Soo-hyuk tells Eun-sang he has handled her mother's funeral, and she quietly reminds him of a childhood saying: a liar swallows a thousand needles.
