Our approach

Every title on Bingodrama is licensed from a producer under a written contract that sets out territories, platforms and dates. We respect the rights of creators and act promptly on valid notices, as required by the Copyright Act 1957 and the Information Technology Act 2000 and its rules in India, and by similar laws in other countries we serve.

Sending a takedown notice

Use the contact form and choose "Report a copyright infringement", or email support@bingodrama.com. A valid notice must include:

1. Your name, address, phone and email, and whether you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
2. The copyrighted work, described clearly enough for us to identify it, and proof of ownership or licence where you have it.
3. Where the infringing material appears on Bingodrama: the series name or link, and the episode numbers.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (your full name typed in the form counts).

Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages. If you are not sure the use infringes your rights, take advice first.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your notice within 24 hours with a reference number.
• We act on complete, valid notices within 36 hours, usually by disabling access to the material in the affected countries. A takedown stops new playback immediately; sessions already running end when their keys expire.
• We tell the producer who supplied the title and give them the notice, with your contact details where needed for them to respond.
• We keep a record of the notice and our action.

Counter-notice

If you supplied content that was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or you hold the rights, you can send a counter-notice through the contact form ("Counter-notice") with the reference of our notice, a description of the removed content, a statement in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts named in our Terms, and your signature. We forward it to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the content if they do not start legal proceedings within the period the law allows.

Repeat infringers

We end our relationship with producers who repeatedly supply infringing content, and we close viewer accounts that repeatedly redistribute our content.

Reporting piracy of {{brand}} content elsewhere

If you see Bingodrama titles on other websites or apps, tell us through the contact form ("Complaint", category "Content"). We will pursue it with the rights holders.
